Introducing a new Kansas City group series focused on your next thing. The next phase. The next becoming—whatever that looks like for you. This group is an invitation to settle more fully into the life you have now, while gently making space to wonder about what wants to come next.

 

Together, we’ll explore a way of being that allows for reflection, curiosity, and quiet honesty. We’ll spend time turning toward the corners of your life that may not have seen much sunlight lately—without pressure, without fixing—just noticing what’s there.

• Along the way, we’ll reflect on meaning: what has shaped you, what matters most now, and how you want your life to unfold going forward.

• We’ll meet in a beautiful tree house nestled just south of downtown Overland Park—a curated space filled with plants, art and warmth. 

• The group will meet six times from 6:30–8:00 pm. Our time together will include writing, gentle sharing, reflection, human connection and cups of hot tea. Your nervous system will want to give you a big hug! 

• Session dates: Jan 21, Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 18 and Feb 25. Each session will have a different theme with some soul work in between sessions. 

• You’ll be invited to go as deep into your own wilderness as you choose—at your own pace, in your own way. There will be a rhythm to our sessions so please plan to attend all of the sessions.

• The cost of these sessions will be $375 and can be paid over the course of the session dates. Please know that I never turn people away for not being able to pay the full expense, so please let me know if any financial help is needed.
